Scott Culver – President & Founder: As the President and founder of Culver Development, Scott leads the overall vision, strategy, and management of the company and its resources. Since 2003 Culver Development has made its name managing and completing large scale projects, programs, and developments including: Major Automotive Plant assemblies and Production Facilities, The MGM Grand Casinos, Hotels, Restaurants, State Municipalities, Hospitals, Major Universities and School Systems,Parking Structures. All of these projects, many complex in scale, have used our design and build approach integrating all parties from conception to completion. We keep all stakeholders informed on every aspect of the build out, continuously controlling costs, ensuring quality and the completion of projects on time – every time.
Brenda Zewicke – Business Administrator: Brenda has over twenty years’ experience in public accounting with a strong background in commercial and Industrial construction management and development. As head of Finance she manages all human resources, accounting, and administration and is responsible for all project, program billing.
James Hopper – Sr. Project Manager/Estimator/Corporate Safety Director:
A proven self-starter, Jim has successfully worked on and overseen a multitude of projects over the years. Along with interfacing daily with Architects, Owners, Construction Managers and Contractors, Jim also works on estimating, creating proposals, and new business. His project management including managing projects from bidding phase through completion. This includes activities such as negotiating, AWO’s & CO’s, submittals, scheduling, and follow-up on daily field activities.
Brian Francek – Superintendent Structural Concrete Programs and Projects: A proven project leader and industry veteran, Brian has over 20 years of experience in the concrete construction industry working as a superintendent, and key project manager. As a Superintendent for Culver Development, Brian manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple large scale commercial/industrial projects with a focus on structural concrete, rigging, millwright, and large scale specialized projects.
Clint Randall – Superintendent Concrete Flatwork Programs and Projects: Having extensive experience in the concrete construction industry, Clint acts as a liaison with clients, developers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors every day. His 17 years of experience with concrete flatwork programs and projects includes, but is not limited to, review of drawings, cost projections, and safety management, in addition to site and space control, trade coordination, material procurement at all strategic points of building erection. New construction, renovation, industrial, commercial, institutional, municipal, health care, educational facilities, and automotive program work has spanned his long career at Culver Development.
Kevin Siler – Superintendent Industrial Division: As a key team player, Kevin helps coordinate, budget and direct Culver Development’s concrete, millwright and rigging activities pertaining to our overall projects. He take’s part daily in the conceptual development of all construction projects helping oversee and implement schedules, organize work teams and project implementation on behalf of our clients.
