Project Management:
Our Management team is comprised of Project Superintendents, Engineers, Estimators, and Program Managers that have gained their experience over the years, overseeing multi-million dollar projects here in Michigan, the Midwest, United States and abroad. From initial drawings our pre-construction services team’s gets involved with all estimating and planning projects. In addition, all of our services stay in house as we resource our engineering, trades and operations team daily. Our team knows our local markets, and have years of experience which helps us deliver precise plan costs for every project we estimate.

Culver Development has years of experience working with clients on their pre-construction plans helping them with their current ideas and plans to achieve and fulfill their overall construction vision.
